Elderday transportation is contracted through Tri-County Medical Transport Service, Inc. This non-emergency medical transportation provider serves Santa Cruz County, Tulare, Fresno, Kern and King Counties.

Reservations: 425-4664 In Santa Cruz County you can call ParaMetro to get a ride from your home to a medical provider. This service is available for people certified as unable to use the regular service. Fare is $3.00 one-way trip. You must first register to use this service at 423-9380

Service Charges:
$16.00 for $30.00 worth of SCRIP.
For people with low income (less than 200% of the poverty level) $8.00 for
$30.00 worth of SCRIP.
Provides comfortable trips for eligible riders who are ambulatory or use whelchairs or other mobility aids. Escorts, personal care atendances and alimited number of traveling companions are welcome. Community Bridges operates transportation for this and other programs, using Lift Line and taxi vehicles, as the Consolidated Transportation Services Agency since 1982

If you believe that you are unable to use Monterey Salinas Transit's
regular buses due to your disability, you may be eligible for the MST RIDES
ADA program.
