Elderday transportation is contracted through Tri-County Medical Transport Service, Inc. This non-emergency medical transportation provider serves Santa Cruz County, Tulare, Fresno, Kern and King Counties.

In Santa Cruz County you can call ParaMetro to get a ride from your home to a medical provider. This service is available for people certified as unable to use the regular service. Fare is $3.00 one-way trip. You must first register to use this service at 423-9380

Provides comfortable trips for eligible riders who are ambulatory or use whelchairs or other mobility aids. Escorts, personal care atendances and alimited number of traveling companions are welcome.
